Here at EmpFasz we want you to love your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with anything you have bought from our website we will gladly issue you an exchange, or credit.
Certain conditions need to be met – which we’ve outlined below.
We will issue you an exchange, or credit, provided that:
• You return the item within 7 days of purchase at your own cost.
• The item is unused and in its original condition with all Swing tags attached.
• You return the item, together with the original sale receipt, bank or credit card
statement and a completed ‘Returns Docket.’
EmpFasz.com does not offer refunds for “Change of Mind” however, if the items are in the original packaging, swing tags still in place and unused, at the buyers postage cost, we do offer an exchange for the same or higher value of the initial purchase. The above must be within 7days of the purchase date.
We understand that purchasing online you don’t get to see or feel the product, hence we offer this added service to the buyer. We do not warrant lining or zippers as these items are conducive to wear & tear. Items that are faulty may be returned for an exchange if they fall within 7 days of initial purchase.
Making a Return or Exchange by Mail
To return items to EmpFasz simply complete the relevant sections of the RETURNS form and post it to us, along with the item(s) you are returning, and your original receipt.
Please consider insuring your package (Registered Mail) in case it is lost or damaged in transit. EmpFasz cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.
