Payment Policy

Payment forms accepted:

Master Card, Visa Card, Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal

Credit Card Payments are processed via our secure online store.

Credit card details will be destroyed once processed.

We strongly recommend the use of PayPal for secure transactions.


Returns Policy

The Diamond Mine Jewellers does not offer refunds for  “Change of Mind”  however, if the items are in the original packaging, swing tags still in place and unused, at the buyers postage cost, we do offer an exchange for the same or higher value of the initial purchase. The above must be within 7days of the purchase date.

We understand that purchasing online you don’t get to see or feel the product, hence we offer this added service to the buyer.

We do not warrant lining or zippers as these items are conducive to wear & tear.

Items that are faulty may be returned for an exchange if they fall within 7 days of initial purchase.

We reserve the right to assess the age and condition of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange or credit. This may result in an exchange  being refused.

The item must be sent back to our office with a letter of explanation and copy of receipt. We will accept the return on the basis that is has been received by our office within 7 days from notification.

Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted and returned the buyer.


A Credit note or exchange will be issued if the item is considered to be faulty and a period of no more than 8 weeks for the credit to be used.


Backorder Policy

If an item is unavailable at the time of receiving your order, you will be notified by The Diamond Mine Jewellers and given the opportunity to have the item placed on back order.

Shipping Policies

For Orders placed in Australia, packages will be sent via  Australia Post.

Parcels are sent in ‘Express Post’ satchels with ‘Tracking Numbers’

All prices are shown in australian dollars AUD  A$

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.

Tracking Your  Order

You can track parcels in the following ways: For orders in Australia – contact Australia Post Customer Care Centre on 13 11 18. For orders to New Zealand – contact NZ Post on 0800 501 501.

All International Orders to Australia will be sent via USPS from within our Affiliate companies Shipping guides. 
We do send International Orders to New Zealand for an extra $25 postage per order. Sent Via Australia Post or TNT with Tracking.

New Zealand orders incur a shipping charge of an extra $25 per order.

International orders shipping price is governed by the weight and size of your order.
